Store Pickup: All items are available for in-store pickup at no additional cost.
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is $9.99 per order. Packages are shipped via FedEx with an expected delivery time of 2-9 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is $19.99 per order. Packages are shipped via FedEx with an expected delivery time of 2-3 business days.
Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders over $100!
Additional Shipping: Additional shipping methods, including overnight, next day, and Saturday delivery, are available by contacting us in-store or by phone.
Gift Shipments/Shipping to Another Address: To send a gift, or to send an order to another address, complete the "Shipping Information" section during checkout. To add a personalized gift message, please call the store at (501) 450-3414.
*Customer must have the original receipt to receive a refund.
*Non-textbook items in original, unused condition and unopened packaging in may be refunded or exchanged within ten days with original receipt.
*Textbooks in resalable condition may be refunded with receipt only within 7 calendar days from the start of classes or within 2 days of purchase thereafter, including during the summer term. For mid-semester starts, the return period is 3 calendar days from the start of class. Online students must have their returns post-marked by the final day of the return policy. *Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes are ineligible for refunds, but may be sold back under the book buyback policy.
*Open or used computer software and access codes are non-returnable.
*In addition, upon proof of drop/add, The UCA Bookstore will accept textbook returns from students who have dropped a course up to 30 days from the start of classes, or until the end of the official drop/add period, whichever comes first.
*New books in original packaging are returned at full purchase price; used books within add/drop are returned at the full purchase price.
*Rental refunds after the first week of class are at the discretion of the Store Manager. Rental refunds after the refund period are not eligible for textbook buyback. Any “new” condition textbook rental returned with a rental sticker will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
*We are happy to accept your return items purchased online through theucabookstore.com, WITH prior return authorization.

*In order for items to be returned for a full refund, purchases must be returned within 30 days of the original ship date.
*The item must follow all requirements of in store returns, including original receipt of purchase, all tags and original packaging, as well as being in original condition.
*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to the error of theucabookstore.com. If we are at fault, we will credit the customer’s return shipping cost, not to exceed our Standard Shipping rate.
